Technology Description:

Our Company has researched and manufactured the two-shaft grinding and shredding machine to meet the customers. The grinder works in the direction of shredding (forward) the material on the hopper through the blades staggered on the rotating shaft and the fixed blade forming blades, the body of the machine is fitted with 01 draft table to move the material. continuously to the area near the blade. Thanks to that, the crusher easily cuts materials into fragments according to the chute leading into the container, after being filled, using 25 tons crane system to lift the transport truck for handling. The two-shaft grinding and shredding machine is capable of coarse grinding, it can crush a variety of products (solid, and liquid).

In addition, our Company is operating a One-shaft grinding and shredding machine with a 2 tons/hour capacity. The machine is used to destroy products that require a degree of fine grinding.
